I actually found a file, in my base source directory, by that name, but
it didn't get copied into the installation include files.  Can I just
copy it over there, or is there something else I also need to do?

I'm trying to compile Gateway 2_0_3_0, but I keep getting a failure
for
casCtx.h when I try to compile.

I've got the 3.14.9 version installed (at least I think so), but the
only file I have in the includes is: casdef.h.

Did I miss something?
