Hi,

I am trying to get a CA gateway going. The gateway logs the following: 
Starting EPICS CA gateway
Sep 19 16:35:28 PV Gateway Version 2.0.3.0 [Sep 11 2008 07:53:33]
EPICS 3.14.9 PID=15076
EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST=cag-hins-1.fnal.gov
EPICS_CA_AUTO_ADDR_LIST=NO
EPICS_CA_SERVER_PORT=Not specified
EPICS_CA_MAX_ARRAY_BYTES=Not specified
EPICS_CAS_INTF_ADDR_LIST=clx74.fnal.gov
EPICS_CAS_SERVER_PORT=Not specified
EPICS_CAS_IGNORE_ADDR_LIST=Not specified
Running as user schumann on host clx74.fnal.gov
Statistics PV prefix is clx74.fnal.gov
It reports many environment variables as "Not specified". Should I be specifying them or will reasonable defaults be used?
