Hi, You can use a combination of a choice button with an embedded window and a local pv in order to get a reasonable effect. I've attached some example edl files and a screenshot. It probably won't look as good as Matthew's suggestion, but it is easy to maintain (not so many grouped and invisible widgets to drag around the screen) Many thanks, Tom Cobb, Diamond Light Source Ltd.
