VxWorks 6.5 networking anomaly

	We have uncovered a strange (but very reproducible) network
anomaly using VxWorks 6.5 on a PPC440 embedded CPU on a XILINX Virtex-5
FPGA.

	While investigating the problem, we discovered that it does NOT
occur under VxWorks 6.3! If anyone has a VxWorks 6.5 system (preferably
a different architecture) and would not mind testing for the presence of
this anomaly - please contact me. I'd like to know whether this is a
VxWorks 6.5 issue (so that I can engage WRS for a solution), or an issue
with the XILINX ethernet driver (so that I can engage XILINX for help).
