Subject: ITER CODAC Core System Version 1 has been released.

I would like to inform you that ITER has released "CODAC Core System version 1" on Feb,15 2010. 
This is the first version of the software package, based on EPICS, to be used for developing and interfacing ITER plant system instrumentation and control with the central control system.
