Missing iocsh command?

Folks,
 
Section 18.2.5 of the EPICS Application Developer's Guide (3.14.11) describes the built-in iocsh commands.  It lists a "show" command.  But in my soft IOCs this command is not present.  Am I missing something in my build, or is the documentation wrong?
