I am new in EPICS and want to work on EPICS to communicate Seimens PLC. S7-300 with Ethernet. I have downloaded baseR3.14.11.tar.gz, unzip in folder base-3-14-11 on fedora 12. Now i don't understand how i can install it and start new project. Can any one guide me how i can go with this.
