The latest, in fact all revisions of the sources are in the SourceForce
repository.

I'm sorry to hear that. I think I speak for all CSS contributors that we try
to make the wiki pages useful, but obviously failed.
Maybe you have better luck by reverting to the basics:
The sources are in a standard SF Mercurial repository, so check the SF
online help.
CSS is basically an Eclipse RCP product. Read a basic book on RCP
development like
"eclipse Plug-ins, Third Edition" by Eric Clayberg, Dan Rubel
(Addison-Wesley Professional)
or
"Eclipse Rich Client Platform (2nd Edition)" by Jeff McAffer, Jean-Michel
Lemieuxr, Chris Aniszczyk (Addison-Wesley Professional)
If you then still have specific questions, you can post them on the CSS
mailing lists ( http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/cs-studio/wiki lists them)
and I hope somebody will be able to help you.
