Our IT networking guys are looking into the issue, but they do say that we
haven't made any changes to the firewall or website configuration since
Christmas or early January, so any behaviour change that's occurred since then
has to be a Diamond/STFC issue. Can someone confirm that this just started
within the last day or two, or could it be another MS leap-year problem?
