The Engineering Division at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory offers a unique opportunity to work at the Advanced Light Source (ALS), a world-class facility providing high intensity photon beams for science. As a member of the ALS Controls Group, the engineer will develop and support ALS Accelerator and Beamline Controls Systems from requirements gathering through design, selection, development, maintenance and upgrades of controls, instrumentation, data acquisition, storage, computing and network hardware and software.
