Hey,
you need the libreadline for the command history.
To link the EPICS base installation against libreadline for arm
you need the file
configure/os/CONFIG_SITE.Common.linux-arm
( I just copied the configure/os/CONFIG_SITE.Common.linux-x86)

My (target) linux-arm binary is 1.6MB whereas the (host) linux-x86
binary is 4.8MB. Could this be because all the EPICS libraries are
compiled on the 'host', whereas the 'target' only compiles the
required libraries ?
