Hi all,
I realize that the fsmRecord is not part of EPICS base, but I was wondering if someone with experience could answer a question about it for me:
I am having trouble with the Initial State. More specifically, I can't seem to transition out of the initial fsm record in a fsmRecord database file I'm writing (I have not had this problem in past fsmRecord
dbs I've written). When I boot up the fsmRecord IOC, the initial fsm record becomes active (due to PINI=YES and VAL=YES). I then have TST0=1 and TRN0 (NPP) links to another fsm record. However, this second fsm record, which has a 5sec scan, never becomes active.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or what I might try to fix it?
Thanks so much,
Charlie Costello
