If you need to set sysCplusEnable=1, there is probably something wrong
with your C++ setup. The file usrExtra.c contains:
#if defined (INCLUDE_CPLUS) || defined (INCLUDE_CPLUS_MIN)
BOOL sysCplusEnable = TRUE; /* TRUE = enable C++ support */
#else
BOOL sysCplusEnable = FALSE;
#endif
So if you build vxWorks with C++, the variable should already be 1.
