I've no idea what Linux distro you're using but it looks like a problem
caused by a missing package. For Debian this file should be in a package
named perl-modules or libextutils-parsexs-perl. Please make sure you
have the right package installed.
Just for the records (so it can be found using tech-talk's search engine):
On RedHat based systems (RHEL, CentOS, SL, etc.) installing the
package perl-ExtUtils-CBuilder will do.
