Hi Dehong,

What you're doing is supposed to work, and I do it routinely with arrays of doubles, ints, and chars. I haven't been able to get the symptom you describe to happen. Can you give more information about the PV and
whatever else you think might help me reproduce this?

Tim

Subject: Autosave an array field (not record)

Hi,

Is there a way to do this? Do I have to use a waveform record and feed the waveform
to the desired field (of another record)?

In my request file, I have this array field in the same way like any other scaler field.
However in the auto-generated .sav file, the filed IS commented out with "#", with "Connected"
after the name of the field, but no values at all (nothing like the @array@ { ...).

Please advice. Thank you very much.
Dehong
