Sorenson, Lambda and numerous others are making power supplies with LAN and RS-232 interfaces that use SCPI-style command languages. These are all readily interfaced to EPICS using StreamDevice + Asyn. There are other parameters that you might find important to consider, such as how to incorporate interlocks, power supply stability, speed of the power supply, speed of the control system interface, ability to supply controllable currents at setpoints very near zero (a show-stopper for several candidate supplies that we tested).
