I've submitted an updated AlarmConfigurationSchema.xsd to the source repository, https://github.com/ControlSystemStudio/cs-studio/blob/557185964819bea6cb07d64252d91c7b0526bf28/applications/plugins/org.csstudio.alarm.beast.configtool/AlarmConfigurationSchema.xsd
