ALH alarm filtering

I can get ALH to filter a transition from NO_ALARM to MINOR for n seconds. I can also get ALH to filter a transition from NO_ALARM to MAJOR for n seconds. Is it possible to get ALH to filter a transition from MINOR to MAJOR for n seconds having already filtered NO_ALARM to MINOR for a potentially different time? Ideally what I would like is to wait n seconds before executing a command whilst in MINOR and/or wait m seconds before executing a command whilst in MAJOR.
