Yes,
B can read A.PACT. It will be true if A is causing B to process via a PP link. (This won't work with a CA link, though.)
By the way, it doesn't matter if the field A writes to via a PP link has "pp(TRUE)" in the .dbd file; the PP link causes B to process in any case.

Dear All,
say I have two records, A and B. And A writes something into B causing
it to process itself (one of the fields with pp(TRUE) in .dbd file).
Is there a way that B "knows" that it was A that triggered processing?
