DLS ethercat release 4-1 available

Dear All,

I am writing to announce release 4-1 of the ethercat module that is available at

http://controls.diamond.ac.uk/downloads/support/ethercat/

This release fixes a problem found with the support of the EL3702 oversampling module. 
I also paste below the relevant section from the release notes.
