EPICS Base 3.15.4 released

Just in time: EPICS Base version 3.15.4 is now available for download from the usual places, e.g.

This is another patch release, containing all of the Known Problems fixes and a number of other minor (backwards-compatible) enhancements to 3.14.12/3.15.

One update on an issue that had been mentioned before:

• The feature to bind an IOC to a specific network interface, introduced in 3.15.0.2, has been fixed and is available for all target platforms.
