Industrial Control System

The APS IT group will be working on our web-server tomorrow, which will
prevent access to the EPICS website from outside users. The EPICS site
is expected to be unavailable for about 2 hours starting at 5pm Central
time tomorrow (August 24th), i.e. in about 24 hours from now.

Tech-talk email distribution service should not be affected.
