Is it a soft IOC running on the same host on which you're running caput?
Can you provide the console output for starting the soft IOC?
Can you provide the .db file you used to define the record providing the
CTRL-FOOO:input PV?
What does "dbpf CTRL-FOOO:input 10" show when entered on the IOC's
console?
