Dear community,

 

I’ve added some information about conference and dinner fees on Collaboration Meeting’s website. Hopefully this will help you get started with your travel requests before registrations open.

Registrations will open on Tuesday, 9^th of October. You will be asked to select which workshops and or satellite meetings you’ll be attending on the first two days. We’d like to get as many satellite meetings/workshops organised on those two days, to make your trip to this remote wonderland worthwhile, hence the delay in registration opening.

What this means is that anyone who’d like to hold a workshop or satellite meeting has until Friday 5^th of October to submit their abstract. When submitting abstracts please also state the duration of the session (half-day, full day).
