Hello Harshal,
This message is printed by the Visual Studio scripts that are setting up the environment for the compiler.
Please note that the win32.bat script is setting up for a 32bit version of the compilers, which you might not have installed. To set up a 64bit Visual Studio compiler installation, use windows.bat.
