EPICS June 2019: Abstract Submission is open

Dear all,

The abstract submission for the EPICS Collaboration Meeting at ITER in June is now open. Please contribute!

We are still waiting for some final numbers and clarifications, but we hope to be able to also open the registration later this month.

While the Aix tourism office has blocked almost 100 rooms for June at reduced prices, booking numbers are still in the low one-digit range. Please note the deadline for this offer.

The meeting website has been updated with information about workshops, training/demonstration sessions and accompanying events. More content is on its way.

And, last not least:

The sponsorship options are still available - please help us provide the meeting budget with a contribution! (Naming rights for the auditorium are gone, though.)
