Hello Bob,
I am sending short info about STAR detector at RHIC
The STAR detector specializes in tracking the thousands of particles produced by each ion collision at RHIC. Weighing 1,200 tons and as large as a house, STAR consists mainly
of 12 subsystems. It is used to search for signatures of the form of matter that RHIC was designed to create: the quark-gluon plasma (QGP).

Subject: Request for Response of Projects that Use EPICS
To: EPICS tech-talk <[email protected]>
Dear Colleagues,
On this 30th year of EPICS (yes it started before many of you were born), a talk for ICALEPCS was proposed. In preparation, I would like to make a more complete list of those using EPICS.
If you do not see your project on this page:
https://epics.anl.gov/sites.php
would you please respond to this email and tell me your
Laboratory Project and location?
I notice that on this page there are no facilities in China.
Thanks
Bob
