There was a change in the certificate setup of our web server which resulted in the self-update no longer getting the update information.

Unfortunately, it doesn't give any error message but shows "1970-..." as the available version, and since that looks way old, it's not performing the update.

The update code has been, well, updated, but to get that fix, you need to manually download the current version from https://controlssoftware.sns.ornl.gov/css_phoebus/
