PVXS 0.3.0 is available. This release is not ABI compatible
with the 0.2.0 series.

0.3.0 has turned out to be a major release in two ways.
It fixes a protocol compatibility issue preventing little and
big endian peers from communicating[1].
It also includes support for PV name search IPv4 multicast,
as well as general support for IPv6. Neither is not enabled
by default.
(Recent cs-studio/phoebus already supports IPv6, because Kay
is faster than me)
P4P 4.0.1 is a minor release. The associated pypy.org builds
depend on pvxslibs 0.3.0.

[2] So the only immediately visible change is that on Linux,
the TCP socket binds to "[::]:5075" instead of "0.0.0.0:5075".
