Ability to change a record in an IOC when another IOC is exited

Hi all,

 

Suppose I have an IOC called foo that contains an analog input record called foo_record and I have another IOC called bar. Is there a possible way to input a value into foo_record when bar is exited? For instance, if I exit bar, I want foo_record to have a certain value.
