EPICS AD Driver for Phantom VEO 1310 (Vision Research)

Hi all,

Was asked by a beamline scientist if there is an areaDetector driver available for the Vision Research Phantom VEO 1310 camera. During his time at Diamond a similar camera was used with EPICS support written for it by Observatory Sciences some time ago, though I can't seem to find sources for this driver online. If possible would like to see if this existing driver would work with this model or not.

If there isn't one available or it isn't compatible I'll likely write one myself using the supplied SDK.
