The Phoebus top-level README.md file mentioned the file:
dependencies/phoebus-target/.classpath
where you can add dependencies. If you have externally compiled .jar files you want to include in the Phoebus "Class-Path", clearly you need to put them in this file, but where do you put the existing jar files? And are there any pom.xml that need to be
updated?
