Hello Heinz,
Around 2013-2014 Agilent split off the test and measurements part of the company to form a new company; Keysight. Agilent seems now to only be a bio/life-science company and I guess they've given up supporting previous Agilent measurement products.
Try support from the Keysight website: https://www.keysight.com/de/de/home.html
