Hello All

I am putting together instruction on how I setup Phoebus/Alarms for the

CRV so other groups inside Mu2e the can do the same.  I wanted to use

the latest release of Phoebus, so I thought I could get this code from

github.  The latest release will build using "run_maven.sh" but the

alarm-server is not built.  When I try to build the code using "mvn

clean -f dependencies/pom.xml" then "mvn clean install" the build fails.

In a previous versions I was able to build phoebus with the alarms

package.   Could someone point me to how to get a most current version

of phoebus that I can build which also includes the alarms package?
