Whenzhao,

I suspect that you'll be able to get this working over Ethernet using
StreamDevice and SCPI.  We use the 34980A here, and I've got some
rather rough and incomplete documentation on github at:
https://github.com/leblancOUAL/KS_34980A_EPICS

I have apparently not touched this stuff in about 9 months, but I was
able to successfully read data from our devices the last time I worked
on it.  I can try to answer specific questions, but please post them to
the list so that they get added to the archves.
