EPICS Spring 2026 Collaboration meeting location proposal

Hello everyone,

 

I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing from the ELI-Beamlines laser facility in the Czech Republic, where we’re in the process of implementing EPICS controls. We believe hosting the next Spring collaboration meeting would be a fantastic opportunity to gather feedback and increase our visibility within the EPICS community.

 

Could you please direct me to the appropriate person or advise on how to proceed with proposing ELI-Beamlines as a potential host for the meeting?

 

We are well equipped for hosting conferences and able to provide guided tour in our facility for attendees during the meeting.
