On our side, we've developed a script that uses tree-sitter-epics (https://github.com/epics-extensions/tree-sitter-epics) to parse the SNL and build a Mermaid diagram from it.

It's not very UML-compliant but it has a convenient option that allows the diagram to include all statements found in state entries and transitions. I've attached an example.
