EPICS core survey

Dear colleagues,

The following link is to the EPICS core survey of which I spoke at the collaboration meeting yesterday. We are looking for input from each facility, where "facility" is defined as a deployment, rather than laboratory; e.g. lightsource accelerator and beamlines might be two facilities. We invite each facility to contribute.
