Hi Lewis,
I showed that the problem has nothing to do with "make". When I manually typed the "link" command it produced ixwebsocket.dll, but failed to produce ixwebsocket.lib.

Hi, Mark!
Are you running make with the number of jobs set to more than 1? Maybe
try "-j1" to rule out a parallel make race?
