Fall 2026 EPICS Collaboration Meeting: Registration and Payment Now Available

Dear Tech-Talkers,

We are pleased to announce that both registration and payment for the Fall 2026 EPICS Collaboration Meeting are now available.

The meeting will be held from November 2 to 6, 2026, at the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.

Registration and abstract submission can be completed via our dedicated Indico page:  https://indico.ihep.ac.cn/event/29513/

For payment, international participants may use PayEase to complete the registration fee payment. Please follow the instructions provided on the meeting website and ensure that your registration information is consistent with your payment information.

Dear Tech-Talkers,

We are honored to announce that registration for the Fall 2026 EPICS Collaboration Meeting is now open. The event will be held from November 2 to 6, 2026, at the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.

 

Call for Abstracts
The Call for Abstracts is open. We invite submissions for two types of presentations:

l  Lightning Talk: 5 minutes

l  Standard Talk: 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A
