EPICS Base License Verification

Clause 4.d of the EPICS Base License Agreement required that anyone distributing copies of Base outside of their licensed organization must first verify that the intended recipient(s) have already executed an EPICS Base License Agreement with Argonne. This requirement is no longer in effect, as EPICS Base has been relicensed under the EPICS Open license and is now freely redistributable to anyone.
