the question about only let the running environment is displayed in the client,and don't let the development of the environment is in the client？

CSS ? it leads to the development and operation of the environment together.

caQtDM ? it seems to can't realize this effect?

or use the web server and then running the OPI project? but how to use it ? i don't know.

could you give me some help?
