This support issue is usually handled by the re-seller (i.e. APS)
providing support to the re-sellee (i.e. the CATs), with relatively
few contact people dealing directly with WRS as necessary. This is
also typical in situations where a few licenses will be used by a
large group of people (like database systems). Most software vendors,
for some strange reason, sweat at the thought of hundreds of users
from some facility calling them every day with problems and questions!
