The setup requirement in CaMath documentation is out of date.
I will modify it as early as possible.

CaMath is unbundled from the  EPICS system area since EPICS
3.11.6 release. CaMath  becomes an add_on tool, now it resides 
in EPICS_ADD_ON/bin.  The  setupmath  now resides in 
EPICS_ADD_ON/bin too.
The template files  CaMath.m  and caDef.m resides in 
EPICS_ADD_ON/doc directory. 

This new version of  setupmath  requires that the environment 
variable ADD_ON been defined first. It should be set same as 
the path to the add_on directory ( e.g. /net/phebos/epics/add_on ).

The simple setup procedure is given below:

mkdir math
cd math
setenv ADD_ON /net/phebos/epics/add_on
setupmath
math						| run mathatica
