Hi,

We have two IOCs for our storage ring control system. 
For the magnet ramping application, we'd like to dedicate the first IOC 
for the magnet control, and use the second IOC for other subsystem controls 
and for the magnet readbacks. 

In this setup, if we want to do a slow feedback on magnets in the first
IOC using the readbacks from the second IOC, we need a way to communicate
at PV level between two IOCs. It seems to me that one IOC can get a
PV value from another IOC via CA, how about forward links ? 
It there any software solution? What is the hardware solution ? 

Any input is appreciated.
