Yah, HiDEOS includes this capability. In fact it was the original
design to operate a 162 as a slave to a 167 running vxWorks/EPICS.
I also know that DESY has something similar they have done where they
run vxWorks on the slave 162. However, I have no idea if they have
serial board support. You should contact Matthias Clausen at DESY
([email protected]) he was the guy I talked to about their stuff.
