structures and 2dimension arrays

Is it possible to have structures and 2 dimensional arrays in
epics records?  Can anyone point me to or send me an example
of a record that contains such.

I have a record with single dimension array working okay, but just
can't (don't understand) how to get 2 dimensional and structures 
working.

Also is there a way to initialize array fields from vxWorks shell?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
