I assume that most of the stuff from base/src/util was moved to
extensions/ar/syd? Apparently cmdClient.c was omitted?

Anyway, as a stopgap, I have moved cmdClient.c (I had it in the Attic
from Beta1) there too and butchered the Makefile to build it (it
introduces a cross-dependence between ar/syd and ar/ar which needs
fixing since cmdClient needs ezsSockSubr which is in ar/ar...).
