I'm seeing the following message when I try to load a database:
dbLoad "file.database"
epicsPrint: semTake returned error
I've checked the file permissions on the directory path and database file
and they are okay.
I can see that this message can be printed out at several locations in
$epics/base/src/libCom/epicsPrintVX.c.
How can I trap this problem and tell what's going on here?
