frame grabber boards with EPICS support

Dear all,

  Can anyone give a brief and up-to-date summary of EPICS support for
frame grabber boards? I found only the following from Ned Arnold in the
archives.

Back in 1991 we had to choose one to use with EPICS. We looked at the following
vendors ...

Data Translation : (508)481-3700
Imaging Technology : (617)938-8444
Datacube : (508)535-6644

I'm sure the actual models we looked at are long obsolete, so I won't even bore
you all with the comparisons.

We chose datacube because ...

 > it was the only one with vxWorks drivers available
 > LANL had used it so we thought we could steal (collaborate) on software
 > we had few requirements, so we felt safer with the highest capable system
 > it was early on in the APS project so we had lots of money
